E & M Kinesiology and how I came to know & love it - Mystic Mag Interview

I was going to write a big thing about this but I was approached by a globally read online magazine "Mystic Mag" a couple of months back because Kinesiology has obviously increased in popularity over the last number of years. Especially since Covid and our global self care crisis, but more because it has evolved to incorporate more energy work by more people like me with high intuition (some call it the "woo") and energy reading/healing skills, but, it has actually been around for 50 yrs in its original "applied" format and still taught and used today by many chiropractors.

EMK is based on the same physical principals of muscle testing but dives way deeper into the emotions and metaphysical aspects so we can address the root cause and not just treat the symptoms.
