New client sessions require a full 90 minute block (initial session) subsequent sessions range between 60-90mins. We don't watch clocks we watch your body and take the time we need to balance in each session, therefore, we decided to do away with 60 & 90min options and just go with "session" blocks.

Cancellation Policy – a minimum of 24 hours notice is to be given for any cancellation of appointments or a fee of $50.00 will be payable.
